Very Poor Customer Service
Large sectional purchase 4/17/2026 for my daughers home. Color turqouise was "custom". Incomplete delivery 6/13/2026. Part still missing, 8/5/2026 had to "remake". Will not be delivered until September 1. Can't wait to see if that "custom color" will match the other pieces in September with the pieces delivered in June!!! Twelve is the count of customer service agents as they attempted to resolve this, essentially missing piece delivered originally to wrong state, attempted to retrieve and was damaged when found.
Disappointed terrible couch
I purchased this sectional after reading the reviews online . I purchased my previous sectional from Macys and was very happy with it . It lasted longer than I would have expected . I no longer had any of the paperwork or tags and was unable to find out the brand so researched Macys most popular and best reviewed sectionals and found Radley was highly recommended. The couch was delivered 1 week ago and it is the most uncomfortable couch I ever had . I was hoping it just had to be broken in but unfortunately I already see the cushions that have been sat on the most have already started losing shape and are sunken in . The sectional is 1 week old . …. I do not recommend this sectional . I gave it 1 star because that’s was the only way to submit the review.
Oyster white is not white.
We purchased this sectional a year ago in Oyster. The fabric has a yellow tint. Completely misleading or a bad batch but it’s definitely not white. Would not recommend this color at all.
Best couch ever
I’ve had my 5-piece Radley sectional for 9 years. It has been great. I’ve single-handedly referred at least 3 friends who have also bought the Radley for their homes. After 9 years I’m ready to get a new one and I’m literally going to order the exact same one! Firm cushions, beige covers most stains and wear. I did wash the covers and my dog decided to burrow into one of the cushion inserts while the covers were in the dryer, so my only complaint is that the back inserts are not super well built in that regard (that cushion back has never been the same since). But other than that, I highly recommend!

Could have been a great sectional
This sectional looks great ... at first. The material is nice and durable ... or so it seems. Speaking of seams, these ones arent surged. So when you take the covers off and try to wash them the ENTIRE CUSHION OR PILLOW COVER UNRAVELS, to the point where it isn't fixable and no longer usable. I basically pulled a huge ball of 'yarn' out of the washing machine. Additionally, not long after purchase the seat cushions dip and dont stay in place. Very disappointed, the seats are deep and down filled, this could have been a very nice piece of furniture.

So we bought this couch in 2019 and I’m finally writing a review. This couch is the cockroach of coaches, it won’t break down and die. Is she pricey? Yes. Is she worth is? 1000x yes. We use her and abuse her daily and this couch hasn’t even began to breakdown or sink. We rot for days at a time but this couch does not. At this point the couch will outlast us. Buy it.
Its ok
It didn’t last long in my opinion. We have had to restuff the backs. Which didn’t really work. We have had to buy fold out supports for the bottom center cushions that fall in. Which only helps a little. It lasted a couple of years but needs to be moved to the playroom now! It’s also too deep seated if you’re not going to curl up and put your feet on the couch.

I absolutely love this couch! It's incredibly comfortable and one of my favorite things about it is how customizable it is. You can arrange it into whatever shape works best for your space and needs. We chose the sofa bed option, and it has been so useful for hosting guests. We also went with the light cream color, and despite having two black dogs who practically live on the couch, it still looks great. Their hair doesn't cling to the fabric the way I expected. A quick vacuum is all it takes to remove the fur and keep it looking clean. Overall, this couch is comfortable, versatile, practical, and surprisingly pet-friendly. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!
