Quality product

This product came in a nicely packaged box, quality set of two...one rose gold and one silver but the description says for Tragus piercing which is what I have, in no way shape or form does this work in the tragus. It's way too long and does not rest flat against the ear. Super awkward which is disappointing because this piece is gorgeous.
