wrong item sent twice

I ordered the AAJ By Aminah Women's Lucinda Gem Flat Sandals, I received the wrong shoe, I received the heeled version not the flat sandal, I called customer service and the promptly expedited a reordered for the flat sandal, to day I received the wrong shoe again, after placing a call to customer service and speaking with a supervisor a free return label was sent but no real resolve on how to get the correct sandal shipped, I was told they would send a message to the warehouse to verify availability and fix the issue and the warehouse will email me a response, I am not confident this will happen, so disappointing I really love the sandal
