Charged twice for all purchases

I was charged twice for all purchases. They ran on my back card for my checking account and my credit card through my bank. When I called Macys I was told this was to ensure they get their money. I have not been credited back to my bank account the orders I ordered on my credit card or vice versus. When I use a card it will be denied at time of purchase if I do not have the money or credit. They do not have the authization to run just in case on another card. I will be filing as fraudulent charges and I am going to go back 5 years on my bank and crefit card statements as I am sure they have been doing this for years. Do not save your account information on Macys or JcPenny. They also do the same thing. I spent around 2500 dollars yet I have paid doubled that. I will be returning every thing I bought from you and expect my bank account and my credit card to get the credit. Even though I thought I got some good deals they were however they were not because you charged me double for every purchase. I am also going to see if I press charges against Macys and Penny's for theft and then sue for mental anguish it has caused me when I realized they were doing this
