Probably a better back support than a bed pillow

One star does not reflect the quality of materials or workmanship of the pillow. Both are exceptional. Rather, it reflects our our experience in attempting to use it. This is an extremely firm pillow, bordering on hard. it would be an ideal choice for someone comfortable sleeping with their head on the thinly-padded arm of a sofa. A touch more give would make it more appealing to side sleepers in general. Back sleepers might find it too thick-- holding their heads at a sharp angle-- unless they had their shoulders well up on the pillow.
