I order these earrings along with two other items! I never received them! They were first supposed to be delivered to the store for pick up, however ended up in transit to an old address where I paid additional money to have sent to the ups holding point just for them to be delivered back to the old address! On top of that I only received one pair of earrings that was delivered to the store, where I waited around 35 minutes after a hectic day of tracking the other items down just for the customer service rep to tell me she’s not signed in because it’s her day off and she had to wait in someone to come before she can let me go! After returning home I get an alert from my bank my card has been used for two unauthorized transactions that I never allowed! And I’m still waiting on a refund! Shame on you! Macys should just go out of business

Love them, but disappointed
I fell in love with these earrings when I saw them online. I had to have them. I fell even more in love with them when I received them. Had the earrings for several weeks before I wore them on vacation and got home and saw that the earrings had turned. Beautiful shell yellow shell-like material. I know that they are not 14k, but I did not expect them to turn so fast only after wearing them once. I had to returned them unfortunately.

very pretty earrings but unfortunately just too large. If they were smaller I definitely would’ve kept them.
