looks like used

Very beautiful piece but I just received it and is without a tag and looks used with like water spots. Unbelievable to sell things like this, I wonder if it was a return or the last piece either way is not a nice and a sad experience. I bought it for my birthday online I will never purchase imitation jewelry from Macy’s online.
