Wrong item

They sent me the WRONG rug and won’t send me the one I want at same price. Same size, same manufacturer, same price just different design. Now I have to return the WRONG rug. Not happy!!!

Wrong item being shipped

I called and ordered a 8x10 rug, they are shipping the WRONG rug. Item number of WRONG rug isn’t even close to one I want! Called (lack of) customer service and they said I could not do an even exchanged- different item numbers. Both rugs are some manufacturer and priced EXACTLY the same. I’m going to have to load up the wrong rug and return it to Macy’s. NOT HAPPY! Left rug is what I ordered, right rug is the WRONG one that is being shipped.
