Damaged Rug

Horrible experience product was shipped damaged spent 2 hours on the phone and was promised that a replacement was ordered and I should receive it within 2 days. When I called on the 3rd day to inquire the status after 3 hours on the phone I was told there is no replacement order. My call was dropped by 2 customer service persons and the 3rd person was kind enough to place my replacement order which I should receive on Dec 6 which means no rug for thanksgiving thanks to Macys
