DONT DO IT...

Do not ever buy a rug from Macy's. Trying to return this rug has become the most frustrating, laborious process I have every experience. The bar code in your order says "return to any Macy's store." But Macy's #1 says they can't take the rug back because they don't have a home furniture section, and tell me to go to to Macy's #2. Macy's #2 has a home furniture department, but can't take the rug because they don't have a rug department. They tell me the only way to return the rug is to initiate a return online and mail it back via UPS and that UPS has supplies to send the rug back. I go to UPS and they look at me like I'm crazy, of course they don't have plastic sleeves to mail the rug back in, I have to package it up myself and just drop it off at UPS. WHO HAS PLASTIC MAILING SUPPLIES ON HAND TO MAIL BACK A RUG?!?! Why doesn't anyone know how to return this rug? I called Macy's #3 with a rug gallery and they don't process the return, they ask you to log on and initiate a return.
