An ugly sale

What we received was used, open, not properly packed and an absolutely mess. We tried to return and the lady said that Macy’s can’t do that but actually Macy’s did do that. My wife had to struggle to return and returning professional was not respectful insisting that Macy’s can’t do that. We are your platinum customers and an unacceptable purchase and equally unacceptable attitude

Macy's is a disaster

Worst purchase ever made at Macy's. I was so shocked that the quality of the material was third world sweat shop quality. Highly discourage everyone to never purchase this item. I would have immediately demanded my refund same day of pick up but Macy's new return policy prevented me from doing that. I may never buy from Macy's ever again. Strong possibility!!
