Damaged shade

Lamp shade was cracked. Horrible customer service. Went through three customer service agents and the last one hung up on me. Tried to get transferred to the US, nothing. No help whatsoever. Just want a new lamp shade or credit to account. I have no way of returning the item. I have pictures of the damage. Very very disappointed with Macy's CS.
