Wrong Size

When purchasing, the catalogue stated size 18 available.... which is what I thought I was purchasing. When the item was billed and arrived, the size was a 14. I NEVER would have purchased a size 14 item since it would be too small especially since it was non-refundable. FALSE advertising tactic!
