Incorrect color

I had ordered a black pull on sweatshirt but they shipped me a gray sweatshirt. I know I didn’t accidentally pick the wrong color because it says black in my email receipt. For some reason the app updated and changed the color to grey like it was me who made the mistake of picking the wrong color. I had drove to my local Macy to find something similar to exchange it because they didn’t carry it. It’s a nice sweatshirt but what a shame they gave me the wrong color
