Worst slide ever

My son having it in size 8 ,it’s super uncomfortable,cushioning is too bad,it feels tool hard on foot like walking bear foot ,even because of its hard surface he developed foot warts and his GP said change your slide it’s all because of it. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone and requesting to redesign it with comfort in your mind please .
