Very light weight water proof running jacket!

It’s a very lightweight no side pocket waterproof running jacket. You don’t feel it when you are running but you get the thermal and water isolation. Highly recommend it for outdoor use jacket.

It would be a good jacket for windy days.

Good wind protection. Though, I haven't tried on windy days it would be a good lightweight jacket for those days. Fit is good, not too loose nor not too tight. I'm 5'9" & 145lb.
