Great for lifting and running
Following some reviews I went up a size. adidas said a medium for my size. Went to a large. Fits perfect. Snug but not too tight. Stops about an inch or two above my knees Very breathable and supportive. Replaced another pair of Techfit compression shorts which held up well. Feel well made. Hope they last as long as the previous pairs did
