I purchased pants and never got them and customer service refused to reship or refund. I decided not to shop Macy's anymore and take a loss!

I order this plus size drawstring dragger pant in color light pink (twice ) and I still didn't get anyone of them Macys canceled both of them after order went through without notifying me I Feld mislead I was treated unfair because I still see them been advertising on their website the same dragger drawstring pants same size same
