I ordered a Medium it was too tight on my Thighs but still fitted nice. I exchanged for a Large for more Comfort. I’m 5’4”, 185lbs, Curvy for Reference.

Tore in crotch

I had to size up but they felt very comfortable. After about a month of playing volleyball in them they started to tear in the crotch area. There were about 5 little holes. So I will have to buy a second pair.

Great workout shorts, not so much running

Excellent for weight training and more stationary activities, but when running they ride up pretty easily (especially if you have bigger thighs). Otherwise very comfortable and the material is high quality! Love these for leg days at the gym.
