Item not received

I am so frustrated. I placed my order Dec 3rd so my delivery was supposed to arrive Dec 12th. On December 12th I did not receive my order. I called Macy's they informed me that the seller would email me within 5 business days. So here we are 8 business days in so I contacted the seller only to find out the department that handles Macy's orders only use email. Now I have to wait 3 more business days to receive an email with a resolution for my misplaced order. I will never order from this company again‼️
