Adore Me

I sent this back on oct 3rd and have not received a refund for this beautiful slip. it was too big in top area even after I adjusted it to the tightest. I hope they are getting with it in returning my money it has been long enough. would love to order something else but I won't till I receive my refund. customer service is awful I have proof I sent the item back to the address on the package and still no response from Macys. I am very upset about this whole situation Adore me is the name of the Item I want my money back please this has gone far enough will be contacting my bank about this since I cannot get anyone to help me on your end. worst customer service ever I cannot believe this could happen with Macys I have always loved shopping at Macys but now I am so disappointed in them as a company what in the world has happen to them? sure would like to know.
