I’ll never ever shop with Macy’s again !

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had with any large retail store . I ordered a few sets of lingerie sets I received wrong items called and spoke to customer service several times never received the replacement. I am also waiting for two men’s coats I have ordered for my partner it’s been over three weeks, package is missing . Macy’s haven’t done anything to help post office is not interested in helping either. I will never again spend a penny with them .
