Incomplete order

I love the top but it was supposed to come with panties but there were no panties in the package. The babydoll top itself fit perfect and is super comfortable but im a little upset the panties were not with it so I could see the whole outfit together.

Ordered on Feb 4 to receive before Valentines Day. As of Feb 12 it doesn't look like it has shipped yet???
