Pajama itself is Beautiful!

The pajama itself is beautiful, but the online services’ve been sadly poor for the last two months. I feel very disappointed ! I returned this pajama at one of the Macys stores 51 days ago, on December 16th, I’m still waiting for my refund to be credited. Over the phone staff have provided me with a lot of different excuses. Macy’s was my favorite store, and I’m one of their most loyal customers, I’ve hold a platinum card since 2004. I just don’t understand why the services are so poor now! 😢
