Terrible customer service

You canceled my order after processing the payment and then took over a week to refund my money! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use Macy’s online again. My billing and delivery info were the same and you still couldn’t verify my info but only after you took my money. I am very disappointed in the service. The cancellation ruined a birthday present I planned and wasn’t able to fix right away thanks to the slow moving refund!!! I am very unhappy!

Material Pilled Badly

I got this shirt in the black floral print material which was pretty. I had two issues with the pants though. The first problem is the crotch hangs really low unless you pull the pants way up and then the waistband is pretty close to your chest. The pants would fit on a mans body much better than they fit on a woman. I only wore and washed the pants one time which brings me to the second problem, they pilled really bad, so bad I won't ever wear them in public again. I should probably return them, but I think I may be past the return deadline.
