Runs small and tight

I have one like this in black and I love this beautiful blue color. I checked out all the measurements and it looked like I was going to be a medium, but when I tried it on, my boobs were showing way too much on the top and bottom! It was tight like spanks and uncomfortable everywhere. I couldn’t wait to remove it. I would try a large, but the cups in there are not meant for a chesty woman and I am a 34D and 62 years old.
