Wrong Color
Is the person who’s processing the orders color blind or what? I received the burgundy bodysuit instead of the dark purple. Didn’t want to waste my time returning it so I gifted it to a friend.
Incorrect color
I ordered dark purple and received a wine color. Definitely not the same color as the picture. I very disappointed.
poor service with defective item
disappointed with the item as soon as I took it out of the package. It looked like the texture of the fabric was ruined in a spot right on the front, which made it look like a white spot. I have requested a replacement or refund from Macys 4 times now and they keep saying “adoreme will contact you with a resolution” but they have not contacted me a single time. I really wanted this bodysuit as a good quality item and I am extremely annoyed at the defective item and then the poor resolution of my issue. It is not right to sell someone something they cannot wear. The fabric was soft and a pretty color. I would be concerned about the durability of the garment if I were keeping it, due to the apparent “wear” already evident in the NEW item I purchased.
Please send me the correct color
The item itself is beautiful and very nice quality. My issue is that I have ordered the item twice now and twice I’ve received the incorrect color. I want the dark purple bodysuit. Adore Me keeps sending me the burgundy color. I also requested a price adjustment and I have yet to receive that.
