Super cute. 5'4" 140lbs with lots of bootie and little on top. The medium fit great, a little bit loose on both top and bottom. The lace fabric is a bit on the plastic-y side, not super soft.

I am between a XL and XXL - the XL fit perfectly. Very comfy AND sexy. I have a bit of a stomach, and the top is very flattering.
