Not as advertised!! No panty with the set!

Just received and like other reviews, there wasn't the advertised panty!! Not a quality product for the price. I'd give Zero Stars if possible. No help with trying to get the panty as advertised for the price. Lesson learned, I'm going to read reviews more carefully. MACY'S OWES US A REFUND!! Who is checking on Not giving us customers what we paid for in Good Faith????????
