Very Disappointing Experience

I will never shop Macys again. I picked up my clover necklace at my local store about a week after purchasing online. I opened it to find the chain had a knot in it and the end closure link was missing. It appeared to be used. I called Macy’s and was told they were sorry but all they could do was send a label for me to return it. They did not offer to replace it or seem to be concerned that I had received a broken used product. I’ve shopped Macy’s since the 90s and their products and customer service have always been great in the past however they are not great anymore. I will never shot Macy’s again.
