Received the wrong ring

I ordered gold received silver and the wrong size. Wont even allow the option to exchange I have to return it, even tho it was their mess up.

Fancy ring

It is a beautiful ring, looks so much more expensive than it costs! The texture is a little abrasive so be careful if you brush up against yourself or someone else.
