Damaged Gown

I received the gown damaged. The gown was missing lots of beads with threads hanging out everywhere. One side of the top shoulder stitch was undone also. Very disappointing to receive such an expensive in such poor condition. How can Macy’s even ship anything so damaged like that?

Beautiful dress poor quality control

The dress is beautiful, but was received in poor condition. I was folded and packed in a tiny plastic bag with all beading rubbing. No garment bag and it was not received in a box (just another tiny plastic bag). I think SHEIN would have done a better job. Received with a lot of hanging threads and missing beads (referred to pictures). Doesn’t represent the price at all. Customer service returned the money as a gift card claiming that is how I paid (not true). Not sure why they would send a dress in this condition. Now I have no dress and my money is tied to Macys. Cannot believe they this to me. Reached out to corporate without response.
