Disappointed in customer service

I am pretty sure I would have loved this dress, but I never received it, order was stuck in preshipment with a label printed waiting for USPS for 3 weeks. Macys billed my credit card and when I never received it they cancelled it issued a gift card refund and not to original payment. So disappointing, I am a platinum member and customer service was terrible.

Beautiful Suede Dress

I had purchased a dress for my cousins wedding already. But when I saw this dress in store, I FELL IN LOVEEE!!!! The color was absolutely beautiful with the pop of gold roped chain on the shoulder caught my eye. This dress gave me fall vibes and I completely loved it. I tried on the 14 in store and it was nicely fitted but I went a size up bc I wanted it less tight. The 16 was a little big on me especially on the top part but overall it’s a beautiful dress!!! I got many compliments. BEST PURCHASE !!!
