Disappointed in customer service

I am pretty sure I would have loved this dress, but I never received it, order was stuck in preshipment with a label printed waiting for USPS for 3 weeks. Macys billed my credit card and when I never received it they cancelled it issued a gift card refund and not to original payment. So disappointing, I am a platinum member and customer service was terrible.
