Red Dress

I'm appalled at how this dress arrived. It's crunched up and so wrinkled it's impossible to tell how to steam it. There are so any deep creases I cannot tell which ones to try and steam or are supposed to be there. The flap on the front is impossible to figure out.

Too tight at the top of the dress

The waist fit but the breast area is too small especially for a size 12 woman.
