Flutter sleeve

Pretty, but flutter sleeves are not attractive I discovered at my height (5’1”)

Have s needle and thread handy

The dress is very pretty and it fit okay-not great. Unfortunately it was already missing a lot of sequins and i picked up another 10 just taking it out of the bag.
