I have not received the item.

I called earlier and was told the package had arrived. I went to the store and was told it was not ready for pickup. It as supposed to come on the 12th. I chatted with your online person and was told it would arrive today. Not good service! Then, this email asking how I like my purchase... Wow, not good.
