Lovely dress-too much ruffle.

This is a well shaped dress created with beautiful fabric. My problem is the extra ruffle at the top of the shoulder. The sleeve already has a little puff to it but the added ruffle at the top was too much for me. Otherwise, lovely. I had to send it back.
