Not a fitting replacment to Estee Lauder Private Collection

For those of us who have experienced the orginal Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia, this is not the same, but then carbon copies usually are not. While the company response is that the orginal is no longer made and this is the closest to itt, they do not explain why they stopped making the Private Collectin version and more importantly why they don't produce it again. This was my mothers signature scent.Everyone commented. It was amazing. Then tney stopped making it. I bought the new Aerin hoping we had found it, despite the negative comments. When we smelled the perfume in the bottle after it arrived, we were happy to smell that familiar scent. UNFORTUNATELY, it does not translate when she wears it. Nothing. She might as well have sprayed some water on herself. If fades almost immediately and no one comments anymore, further showing that the scent does not last. How sad. It's a lot of money for nothing. I will not purchase again. It's very sad. I hope that you go back to the right and true formula. Sad end to what was once an Este Lauder masterpiece.

This is my new favorite scent!

This is now my favorite scent. It lasts all day, is so richly floral and feminine. It's really beautiful. Layered with Honeysuckls for even more depth. I'm working my way toward owning all the Aerin scents. They are all lovely!

Lovely fragrance as nice as I remember

I have always loved this fragrance when it was first introduced years ago. I am happy to be wearing it again. Its a beautiful fragrance.

Tuberose Gardenia Private Collection

Thank you for bringing back the private collection of Tuberose Gardenia. The smell is amazing. I couldn't stop smelling my arm all day yesterday. Today, the day after I still smell it in my nails. This is my favorite perfume now. If I knew it was going to be sold out I would have bought a second bottle. Please don't stop making the private collection of tuberose gardenia. The Aerin version smells awful. I had bought the Aerin version on Black Friday. Now I'm stuck with it.

Fragrance

I love Aerin and have 3 different fragrances from the brand. I decided to try a fourth fragrance and I was very disappointed. The Tuberose Gardenia has a very chemical and synthetic smell. I am used to buying floral parfums with very authentic and natural fragrances from Gucci, Aerin, Lancome etc and they have never disappointed. Sadly I had to give this perfume back. I am currently using the honesuckle, ikat jasmine and rose and am very happy.
