I have been an aerogarden fan for 5 years now and never had a problem or barely. This time 2 out of 9 pots germinated... could not get a replacement and still waiting for my refund.

Salad Seeds Not Sprouting
Planted the salad greens over 2 weeks ago and only one sprouted. I typically see salad sprouts and leaves within 4-7 days. Still waiting on the herbs.

1/3 Germinated - though the one is good!
The one pod that germinated was great and we are harvesting greens! However, the other two pods are still dormant many weeks later, which is disappointing.

Poor quality
The pods that I receive now the majority do not grow and I end up throwing them out. The quality has gone down

Failed salad greens kit
Four of six seed pods did not sprout. I got the salad greens kit. Never tried this kit before. I've had my Aerogarden for several years. Herbs and tomatoes have never failed.

Not a single pod sprouted
Nothing sprouted. I’ve used these before and I got great heads of lettuce. But out of the last 2 boxes, not a single sprout.

Poor crop
I am a seasoned Areo Garden user. Only one of nine developed after planting 9/3. This is the the second low germination of pods in almost five years of successful growing

We do test our seed pods for a 99% germination rate, but Mother Nature often has her own schedule. That's why we guarantee pod replacements for non-germinating seeds after 21-days planted. Latest pod shipment has not grown at all
I usually love AeroGarden, but my last shipment of the Heirloom Salad Greens was not good. The first two pods I put in my AeroGarden never did anything. Looked like there were no seeds inside. I left them for more than a month and nothing. The water was refreshed and I added plant food, but no luck. I'm trying two more now, and I'm still not seeing any growth.
