I give Macy's negative -1 star for selling shoes that are on backorder. I ordered this believing it was in stock. A few days after ordering when it should've shipped, it went to backorder and the new ship date was stated as 2 weeks out. Then 2 weeks passed and it is still on backorder, and I called Macy's "customer service" to cancel this item. I was told it would take 24 hours to get the notification of cancellation. 24 hours later, I haven't gotten any sign of cancellation, and it still shows that it's in backorder on my order page. HELP! CANCEL THIS BACKORDERED ITEM!!!!!!!

comfortable mule
Love this lug sole mule, easy to walk very stable inspite of having a high heels. Love that it’s leather.
