Boots good for walking and dessing up

Black long boots are comfortable for walking get arch support, I was hesitant on how tall before purchasing, I spend a lot of time finding shoes not to tall since I am petite 5.0" I didn't want shoes fitting above the knee, these are fancy for dressing up. The good quality makes for the long length. It's hard to find nice boots for petite people that don't go up above the knee, simplicity is the key for me.
