Not Durable Strap Failure on First Wear

I ordered a pair of Aerosoles shoes on 11/18/2025. I was excited to wear my shoes for the first time on Sunday 01/04/2026. I was devastated. The strap came loose. I looked at the other shoe and to my surprise its coming loose. I suspect it is a manufacturing defect, not a sign of horrible quality. love the shoes they are very comfortable.

Came in damaged!!!

I love the shoes, but the strap was broken when delivered. I have retuned them😕

Ordered Twice, strap broke both times

These are so cute and very comfortable, from what I could tell in the few minutes I had them on. I have ordered the brown color two times now. Both times, as I’m trying them on, the strap has come out of the stitching. I’ve returned both pair and am not sure if the third time will be different. They are really nice shoes but they need to stay together.

Fabulous style, fit, and comfort

Didn't expect these shoes to be as fabulous as they are! Fabulous fit, style, and comfort. Get many compliments every time I wear them. Heal is higher than I normally wear but the platform front makes these shoes easy to walk in for long distances.
