Upper feels like hard plastic

I saw the good reviews for these and ordered them in black. Unfortunately the "raffia" is like plastic and not comfortable.

Beautiful shoe

I saw this shoe and immediately search to find my size 11. Macy’s shipped them quickly and I am really pleased how they fit and the heel height is perfect for someone like me that doesn’t wear heels anymore. The neutral crochet will match perfectly with so much of my wardrobe. Even at full price the support and footbed make them worth it.
