INVENTORY DO YOUR JOB

I am so upset,has anyone else had this problem? I ordered these eggnog sandals online more than 8 times with different sale prices every time I get a email saying out of stock,yet Macy's continue to advertise them.Somebody in the warehouse is not taking inventory correct or is it sn IT problem?I am reaching out to corporate.
