No Quality

I opened the box with great excitement and the first thing I noticed was a knife slash one inch long on the upper portion of the shoe. HAS MACYS GONE SO CHEAP AND DOWN IN THE SEWER THEY ACTUALLY SELL SLASHED SHOES TO CUSTOMERS? Where is the quality control police? I ordered ten items and three have major defects.

If your feet swell DO NOT buy

Looks pretty, but if your feet have any swelling to begin with, DO NOT buy! Your feet will puff around the straps due to the incline of the heel.
