Traffic Cone Orange

I usually wear dark colors, but I thought this pretty sunset orange (tiger lily) colored dress would look nice in late summer. When it arrived, I was disappointed by the neon orange color resembling the neon orange I have to wear for work when I'm on construction sites. The dress, however, is a unique and flattering cut. I'm 5'3" and 110lbs (32B) and bought the size 2. The top portion of the dress was too big for me and I would've needed it to be shortened. I returned this dress, but would consider a different color and maybe a size down.
