Stunning colors, stunning formal dress

Gorgeous colors, such a nice bright color palate. The design is very elegant and there are the built in bra cups if you do not want to wear a bra. I do find the sizing to run a bit small. I am a Petite and typically wear a 4P or 6P, and I have another dress by this designer in regular 6 that will need to be shortened 2-3" in the top straps, but this one was too tight in the bodice in the 6M and I'm exchanging it for the 8M. For reference I'm 5"4-5'5 and 125 lbs. Not sure why this one is an "M" maybe that changes the sizing?
