Don't mail order

I haven't even received it yet. it's been weeks and nobody can tell me where the shirt is. I waited 20 minutes to talk to somebody in customer service and they told me it was both sent over to store... but missing at the same time. They said I would receive a confirmation 24 hours it's been 3 days - nothing.I can see why Macy's is going to be going out of business.
