Wrong Tags and Card

This is the second time Macys Failed its consumer! I just opened my box expecting a beautiful pair of Earrings from NADRI. Instead the earrings were placed in another brand's card. Eliot Danori. Nice brand but not that one I purchased. This is significant because if I gift or decide to resell the value of the item goes down and is not represented. Why should I waste time now having to return (cost money to go to the store or post office) due to their distribution failure? And the last time I purchased a pair of Sorel shoes (not cheap) and got a different shoe placed in a Sorel Box. Sounds like inside theft to me. Macys make it right!
